In order to move on, you must understand why you felt what you did and why you no longer need to feel it.

“The Physics of the Quest”
In the end, I’ve come to believe in something I call “The Physics of the Quest.” A force in nature governed by laws as real as the laws of gravity. The rule of Quest Physics goes something like this: If you’re brave enough to leave behind everything familiar and comforting, which can be anything from your house to bitter, old resentments, and set out on a truth-seeking journey, either externally or internally, and if you are truly willing to regard everything that happens to you on that journey as a clue and if you accept everyone you meet along the way as a teacher and if you are prepared, most of all, to face and forgive some very difficult realities about yourself, then the truth will not be withheld from you
Nigel Sylvester “Perfect Moment”
Check out The Perfect Moment, a new Gatorade video that was inspired by Nigel’s own point of view while riding around New York City. Nigel wanted to give viewers a look at what can happen during filming, at the elements that can and can’t be controlled and how these affect a shoot.
It takes dedicated focus and concentration to block out the surrounding distractions and land a trick. So instead of using a song for his footage, Nigel chose to include the sounds that really made up the soundtrack to his session: the sounds of his bike, of kids in the park, of the city itself.
This approach showcases the laser-focus Nigel exhibits to get his job done despite noise, people and other distractions; a unique perspective viewers won’t see in a finished edit.
