and it’s all small stuff.
The greatest discovery of my generation is that human being can alter his life by altering his attitude. -William James
Whenever we’re dealing with bad news, a difficult person, or a disappointment of some kind, most of us get into certain habits, ways of reacting to life — particularly adversity — that don’t serve us very well. We overreact, blow things out of proportion, hold on too tightly, and focus on the negative aspects of life. When we are immobilized by little things — when we are irritated, annoyed, and easily bothered — our (over-) reactions not only make us frustrated but actually get in the way of getting what we want. We lose sight of the bigger picture, focus on the negative, and annoy other people who might otherwise help us. In short, we live our lives as if they were one great big emergency! We often rush around looking busy, trying to solve problems, but in reality, we are often compounding them. Because everythig seems like such a big deal, we end up spending our lives dealing with one drama after another.
After a while, we begin to believe that everything really is a big deal. We fail to recognize that the way to relate to our problems has a lot to do with how quickly and efficiently we solve them. As I hope you will soon discover, when you learn the habit of responding to life with more ease, problems that seemed “insurmountable” will begin to seem more manageable. And even the “biggies,” things that are truly stressful, won’t throw you off track as much as they once did.
I’ve been mentioning Zenville for a while now on twitter, but it has reached heights that need expansions. 140 wasn’t cutting it. If you have no clue what I’m talking about. It’s fine, you’re not the only one and this is not meant to be understood but just felt. I’ve been living in zenville ever since I’ve picked up a little blue book that has from that day on changed my life. I never finish books. The way I read is 3 books at a time. I get the important parts out of them all in my opinion and move on, but this little blue square book is still being picked over the many through out the years daily. So I think it is time to share a bit of it. You are all welcome to Zenville but the moment you think you understand it you haven’t learned a thing from being here. Enjoy your time here and don’t try to understand it but again just feel it. Shall we get started?

It seems as if there are a few people with broken hearts out there who wanna wear it out & show it off. Due to your emails, twitter messages and fb comments you all wanted a broken heart instead of a whole healthy one. As I promised you all here it is. Wear it proud and know without a broken heart the one you have now wouldn’t be as tough as it is. 😉

Here’s a few one liners just because. (Don’t think about them too much) 😉
– We can never choose our enemies, we barely know our friends.
– Life is rough. People waiting and watching for your head on a silver platter. Waiting for your fumble..
– The convinced and confident individual remains true to expressing themselves, and becoming who they’re meant to be.
– Don’t forget what’s beautiful.
– Don’t forget the real ones.
– Smarten up.
– Slow down.
– Take nothing for granted.

Remember there is always a reason to smile. It’s not as bad as we make it seem at times. If every one took their problems and threw them in a big pot you’d want to grab yours back real quick.
I had a conversation with my closest friend the other day about meditation. If shocked me that a person such as herself began on the journey. She’s a very busy woman with a beautiful son who barely has time to sit down and eat at times, and that is the only reason it shocked me. The most important thing to do is take a few minutes out of your busy lives and meditate just to clear your mind. On a daily people, and just life itself will throw speed bumps at you as well as negative energy. You have to have a strong sense of humor and a blocking mechanism against it and just always keep in mind that whether good or bad it will pass. I tell people I care about all the time, worry and stress have nothing positive in them so keep them out of your life & body. Life is uncertain in many ways and to worry about or try to control it all will just drive you insane. Over prepare and let go. Most of all though, do what you gotta do when you can and when it’s easy. Never leave anything undone or for the next day. Trust yourself and believe in what you believe in for only then it will be at its best as well as yourself. Signing off -Sara
Ps: Enjoy the views & keep them in your dreams for tonight 😉
